A Turn-key Managed Network

NPN handles the design, materials procurement & staging, and end-to-end installation of the FTTH infrastructure.

We work closely with other trades to time the fiber deployment with the development’s build schedule. We target conduit and fiber implementation to be coordinated just after the grading phase and installation of the wet utilities.

NPN Communities builds an open access network, allowing multiple MSOs to provide services, enabling the developer to deploy Wi-Fi or other connectivity services, and a path to future technologies.

Our Flexible Approach

NPN's fiber is ready for tenants on day one.

In combination with our cable partners, NPN provides transport and triple play services (voice/video/internet), including bandwidth from 300Mb/s to 1Gb/s, along with a Tier-l Cable streaming package and dedicated phone line.

A fiber overbuild creates two significant issues for developers and tenants. First, the cost of the additional fiber makes it extremally capital intensive for new service providers, reducing competition and lowering the quality of service. Second, the disruption of the installation of fiber can be a huge pain. NPN solves both of these challenges by deploying fiber "Day 1 that all of the ISPs can access.

The flexibility of NPN Communities allows each MSO to use only the fiber they need.

Each community is a partnership between the developer, the Service Providers, and NPN Communities. We believe the fiber network, the reduction in capital commitment for service providers, and the proposed profit center for developers significantly raise the community's overall value.

From the very earliest stages of the project, NPN works with the developer to negotiate a door charge and begin the fiber planning stage of the deployment.

Revenue share can play a big part in closing the gap for capital-intensive projects which is why NPN has created a monthly revenue program with our ISP partners that is ongoing, aggressive, and rewarding.

NPN plans the network to enable additional revenue opportunities outside of the ISP rev- share programs for our partners while increasing tenant satisfaction and overall revenues.

When comparing incremental revenue for "fiber to the door" to conventional coaxial cabling, property owners can expect a $25.00 per month uplift in renter revenue.
